All works are unique and handmade by the artist. No digital impressions. No two works are the same.

In the case of paintings, they are delivered to the client ready to be hung. The client does not have to worry about anything. In some works, we give the client the option to choose the color of the frame at no additional cost and it is delivered with the frame installed.

The works are packaged by the artist and follow a heavy-duty custom packaging process. We take care that the work is properly protected before being sent to the transport company.

Absolutely! the works are insured until delivery to the client. So you don’t have to worry about anything and there are no additional costs.

All MINOLLE works, whether paintings or sculptures, are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. Certificates can be validated through a unique online registration.

If you can’t find the right work, you can ask the artist to make one to your specifications. You can contact the artist here and explain what you need.

Transportation to any destination and taxes are included in the price listed on this website. MINOLLE ships anywhere in the world except Russia and Ukraine.

Once payment has been processed, delivery takes an average of 7 days, allowing time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the artist’s availability and the distance between the artist’s studio and the client’s country. Whatever happens, we will keep you informed and it will be as fast as possible.

Depending on the country of destination and the size of the work, we use carriers such as DHL or UPS or carriers specialized in artistic products.

The images of the works that are published on minolle.com are real of the advertised works. In some cases, a digital edition is made to integrate it into a decorated background, but the work and its colors are real.
If the artwork is not what you expected, we are extremely sorry. You have to go back to work later.
We are often told that the work is even more beautiful in real life!

It’s a shame, but it happens! You have 14 days after delivery of the work to inform us. We will organize and cover the costs of the return. You will be reimbursed once the work has been returned to the artist. For returns after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work.

Contact us as soon as you notice the damage. Take photos to show us the current status of the work and we will make a decision together.
Depending on the extent of the damage, we can repair the work, or you can return it and we’ll refund you. MINOLLE covers repair and transportation costs in case of damage during delivery. You can rest assured, there are usually no damage problems!
